✔️ I have used extra spices from this website https://instagram.com/ehrenwort.genussmomente?igshid=wg8bakc9gjo9. I get a much more delicious taste with them! I showed which ones I have used in the images ☺️ Those who live abroad can easily find them.
Note: You can adjust the salt and spices according to the size of the teas
poon and your own taste.
You can use the vegetable mix you want.

PREPARATION
.
First of all, in order to prepare the meatballs, we knead all the meatball ingredients inside our kneading bowl. Make sure to do it well and let it rest in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Then, we take the two pieces of greaseproof paper and put one on the counter, put our meatball mixture resting on it, and close it / cover it with the other greaseproof paper. Now, using a roller or a rolling pin, we need to make it thin enough for it to be rectangular. It is enough for the meatball to be 1 finger thick.
We put our stuffing on the short side of the meatball and roll it tightly with the help of our greaseproof paper. After this stage, let's spread one of our dough on the counter, this time, apply any kind of liquid oil mixed with water on it, cover the first dough with the second one and apply the same process again.
Now, let's carefully place the rolled meatballs on the dough and wrap it like stuffing. Then, place it on a baking tray on which we have already spread our greaseproof paper.
Brush it with egg yolk and 1 teaspoon of olive oil and bake in an oven heated to 175 degrees for 25-30 minutes. I served it with mushrooms on the sides, but that's up to you.
Bon appetit ❤️
